Quality of life Plus Program Receives 501 (c) (3) Determination

The Quality of Life Plus Program (QL+) officially received approval from the Internal Revenue Service for recognition as a public charity.

QL+ attorney and member of the Board of Directors, Scott Dondershine, received the official “Determination Letter” from the Internal Revenue Service granting tax exempt status to QL+ on Friday, October 2, 2009.

The QL+ mission fuels an innovation engine that improves the quality of life for those injured in the line of duty. QL+ solves the challenges faced daily by our injured military veterans, first responders and public servants via an exciting academic program of collaboration with the students and faculty of California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly). Students at the QL+-funded research and development laboratory at Cal Poly are creating solutions that help our disabled veterans live, work and play.

The IRS letter of determination confirms that the Quality of Life Plus Program is a legitimate 501 (c)(3) public charity, donations to which are fully tax deductible.
